Arleen Lambert Simons

Arleen Lambert Simons is an accomplished coach, early childhood consultant, keynote speaker, and social entrepreneur. She is the founder of Early Education Link, a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing programs that address the needs of children and families across South Florida.

A current facilitator, mentor, and coach for The Business Leadership Institute for Early Learning, Mrs. Lambert-Simons provides strategic guidance to childcare business owners and directors, employing data-driven methodologies to facilitate business growth, monetization, and enhanced profitability.

Mrs. Lambert-Simons actively engages with local communities, delivering a wide range of services, from empowering women entrepreneurs to organizing to providing Thanksgiving dinners and distributing Christmas toys to children in childcare programs. She is the driving force behind the Women Empowering Women for Excellence (WEWFE) annual conference, which prioritizes a comprehensive approach to empowering women through a four-pillar strategy. Mrs. Lambert-Simons emphasizes the cultivation of relationships with accomplished women from diverse professional backgrounds, aligning their support with the vision of her organization to enable a better quality of life.

Additionally, she oversees and expands the Business Leadership Institute Accreditation Academy for Family Child Care Home Program, which offers leadership opportunities to early childcare educators, enabling them to pursue a structured career path. Mrs. Lambert-Simons currently holds the position of president at the Florida Family Home Childcare Association. Actively participating in various early education platforms, she advocates the belief that the establishment of generational wealth commences at an early stage in life. Her guiding principle is "Operating in Excellence."
